Capt. Pete Gauthier

Capt Pete is a Rehab Investor and Wholesaler in the Washington, DC/Baltimore Area and began in the Real Estate business a little over 5 years ago.  By profession, Capt Pete is a commercial airline pilot flying Jumbo Jets to Europe and still flies today.

Capt Pete is a master negotiator and negotiated several labor contracts and other agreements as both negotiator and as head of his airline’s pilots union.  Those tough and complex skills he brings with him to the Real Estate arena for huge profit.

Capt Pete has made over 70 deals and also runs “Deal Buying” Bus Tours for local investors through his company www.InvestorBusTours.com.  Capt Pete runs these bus tours regularly where he frequently sells 5 or more wholesale deals in a single day!

Capt Pete has perfected the use of options in his business to control the real estate he wholesales so he takes very little risk in his business operations.  In addition to his direct Real Estate operations, Capt Pete is a national coach for Robyn Thompson’s Private Coaching Program. Capt Pete also conducts workshops where he teaches his Negotiation and Wholesaling Techniques.  He has also made guest appearances at numerous training events nationwide and on WFED FM Talk Radio’s RealInvestors Program in Washington, DC. Most recently, Pete and Dan Sprietzer have begun a series of podcasts called “The Heart of the Champion” where they explore what it takes to be successful in today’s environment.
